Short Sale Guidelines, FHA hands down it’s verdict.
FHA releases it guidelines and requirements on short sales and short pay offs. FHA has finalized their short sale guidelines and have opened the door to allow homeowners who have recently sold their home under a “Short Sale” agreement. However, there are stipulations as to how and when a would-be buyer can buy.
